This year, IME London wants to bring a little extra joy to your festival with our Dashain Lucky Draw Event, where every transfer you send home could win you something special.

How to Enter
Entering is simple. One transfer equals one entry. There is no minimum amount, so whether you send a little or a lot, you’re in.

- Use our app, our website, or visit a teller in branch.
- Every successful transfer is automatically entered into the draw. You don’t need to fill in any forms.
- The more transfers you make, the more chances you have to win.

IME London Dashain Lucky Draw Event: Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This draw is run by IME London (“IME London”, “we”, “us”).
2. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from 00:00 on 10 October 2026 to 23:59 on 20 November 2026 (UK time). The draw will take place and the results will be announced on 22 November 2026. Transfers made outside the campaign period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
3.2 Employees of IME London, its agents and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3.3 Entrants must be genuine customers using their own name and valid ID. Transfers made on behalf of others may be excluded at our discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Complete a money transfer to Nepal through the IME London app, website or branch teller during the campaign period.
4.2 Each successfully completed transfer earns one (1) entry. There is no minimum transfer amount and no maximum number of entries per person.
4.3 Cancelled, failed, refunded or reversed transfers do not count.
4.4 Fraudulent, automated or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5.1 There is one winner for each prize.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, except that the Second Prize (Chandragiri Resort stay package) may be transferred by the winner to any person residing in Nepal, provided the winner notifies IME London in writing before the prize is claimed. No cash alternative is offered for the First and Second Prizes.
5.3 The helicopter tour is subject to weather, availability and the operator’s own terms, including age, weight and safety requirements. Travel to and accommodation in London are not included unless confirmed to the winner in writing.
5.4 The resort package is subject to availability and the resort’s own terms. Flights, travel to Nepal, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included unless confirmed to the winner in writing. Blackout dates may apply during peak festival periods.
5.5 Winners are responsible for any passports, visas and travel insurance they need.
5.6 If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with another of equal or greater value.
5.7 Cash rewards will be paid by a method chosen by IME London and confirmed to the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw on 22 November 2026.
6.2 Winners will be contacted by phone, email or SMS using the details held on their IME London account. Winners must respond within 14 days and may be asked to provide proof of identity and age. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond in time, we may withdraw the prize and draw a replacement.
6.3 Winners’ will be announced on our website and social media. By entering, winners agree to this and to reasonable publicity, such as a photo or short testimonial, at no cost to IME London.
7. General
7.1 IME London’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final.
7.2 We may disqualify any entrant who breaks these terms or acts dishonestly.
7.3 We may amend, suspend or cancel the draw if circumstances beyond our control require it. Any changes will be published on our website.
7.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
7.5 Entering the draw does not change the terms, fees or exchange rates that apply to your money transfer.
8. Data Protection
We will use your personal information only to run the draw, contact winners and meet legal obligations, in line with the IME London Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
